• subscriptions or Auto-refill services

• digital tools and future connected pet-health services

Features may change, be added, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Branvine provides general pet wellness, nutrition, and health-support information. Branvine recommendations are informational and supportive in nature.

Branvine does not replace a veterinarian. Branvine does not diagnose disease or provide veterinary medical treatment.

Please contact a veterinarian when your pet has symptoms, health concerns, or an emergency, or whenever veterinary evaluation is recommended.

• Product availability may change.
• Packaging, ingredients, images, descriptions, and specifications may be updated.
• Branvine works to provide accurate information, but minor differences may occur.
• You are responsible for reviewing product information, directions, warnings, and suitability for your pet.

• Placing an order does not mean final acceptance until payment and order processing are confirmed.
• Branvine may cancel or limit orders where reasonably necessary.
• Prices, taxes, discounts, shipping, and offers may change.
• Final charges are shown before you complete checkout.

Certain products may be offered through Auto-refill. By enrolling, you authorize recurring orders and charges according to the refill schedule you select.

You may manage eligible refill schedules through your account, and future order dates, quantities, or schedules may be adjustable. You remain responsible for managing or cancelling Auto-refill using the controls provided.

Rights to use Creator Partner content in paid advertising are governed separately by the applicable Creator Partner Agreement.

Branvine trademarks, branding, software, designs, text, images, product materials, recommendation systems, and related content belong to Branvine or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, or commercially exploit protected Branvine materials without authorization.

You agree not to engage in conduct such as:

• fraud
• unauthorized account access
• scraping where prohibited
• bots or automated abuse
• interfering with site operation
• misuse of promotions
• impersonating Branvine
• infringing third-party rights
• any unlawful conduct

Branvine may use or connect with third-party providers for ecommerce, payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, communications, affiliate or partner management, and other operational services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Branvine's services and information are provided subject to applicable law and availability. To the extent permitted by law, Branvine does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every pet or purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Branvine and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the services or products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Branvine from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Branvine services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Branvine may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through reasonable methods, such as a notice on the site or by email.
