Data Deletion Request

If you signed in to Branvine using Facebook, Google, or another supported social sign-in provider, certain account information may be associated with your Branvine account.

Depending on the sign-in provider, this may include information such as your name, email address, and account identifier.

If you would like to request deletion of information associated with your Branvine account, you may submit a deletion request using Branvine's Contact Us form.

1. Open the Branvine Contact Us form.
2. Select or indicate that your request is related to account or personal data deletion.
3. Provide the email address associated with your Branvine account.
4. State that you would like your Branvine account data deleted.
5. Branvine may contact you to verify your identity before completing the request.

Subject to applicable law and Branvine's legal and operational obligations, a verified deletion request may include deletion or de-identification of information associated with your Branvine account, such as:

• account profile information
• social sign-in identifiers
• saved pet profile information
• recommendation history
• other personal information associated with your account

Some information may need to be retained when required for purposes such as:

• completed transaction records
• fraud prevention
• legal or regulatory requirements
• dispute resolution
• other legitimate obligations permitted by applicable law

You may also be able to remove Branvine's access through the settings of the social platform you used to sign in.

Removing Branvine from a social platform does not automatically delete all information previously provided to Branvine.

To request deletion of information maintained by Branvine, please use the deletion request process described above.
