Select your destination for Standard Shipping, Reduced Shipping, Free Shipping, and available delivery estimates. Product prices and shipping charges are separate from duties and taxes unless those charges are explicitly collected at checkout.
United States
- $0.00–49.99: Calculated at checkout.
- $50.00+: Free Economy Shipping.
Orders under $50: carrier-calculated paid shipping options at checkout, with USPS or UPS depending on the eligible service.
Orders $50 and up: Free Economy Shipping is available. Faster carrier-calculated paid options may still be selected at checkout.
Qualifying merchandise subtotal means the total value of paid products before discounts, excluding taxes, shipping charges, and free trial packs.
- The $50 threshold is evaluated for the actual shipment.
- If multiple eligible products are combined into one shipment under Branvine's shipment-bundling rules, the combined qualifying merchandise subtotal of that shipment is used.
- Free trial packs do not count toward the $50 threshold.
- Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the $50 threshold.
Processing: Branvine generally allows approximately 1 day for order processing before shipment.
Estimated Delivery: Standard U.S. delivery is generally estimated at approximately 5 days after processing.
Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. It can vary due to carrier operations, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Branvine's control.
One-Time and Auto-Refill purchases use the same U.S. Free Economy Shipping threshold unless another promotion states otherwise. For Auto-Refill, eligibility uses the merchandise subtotal of the actual shipment after any eligible 14-day bundling.

1. Auto-Refill Shipping
Auto-refill is designed to help your pet's supplements arrive before your current supply runs out. Scheduling considers your pet's daily dosage, estimated remaining supply, and delivery destination. Actual delivery times may vary.
2. 14-Day Shipment Bundling
Eligible orders scheduled within 14 days of each other may be combined into one shipment. When orders are combined, a later order and its associated payment may be processed earlier than originally scheduled. Earlier orders will not be delayed for bundling.
- One-Time + One-Time: Two separate One-Time orders are not automatically combined.
- One-Time + Auto-Refill: May be combined when their scheduled order dates are within 14 days of each other.
- Auto-Refill + Auto-Refill: May be combined when scheduled within 14 days of each other, whether it is your first Auto-Refill order or a recurring shipment.
- Earlier date wins: When shipments are combined, Branvine may move the later shipment forward to the earlier date. The earlier shipment is never delayed to create a combined shipment.
- Existing orders: Orders already created or processed are not retroactively combined with later orders.
- Future Auto-Refill schedule: If an Auto-Refill shipment is moved earlier to combine with a One-Time order, your future Auto-Refill schedule does not automatically change.
Bundling is based on scheduled order dates, not estimated run-out dates.
3. Split Shipments
An order may occasionally arrive in more than one package because of inventory, fulfillment, carrier, or product-handling requirements.
Multiple packages from the same order continue to appear as one order in your account whenever possible. A split shipment does not mean you placed multiple orders.
4. Delivery Estimates
These dates are different and should not be read as the same date:
- Scheduled order date — the date your order is scheduled to be placed.
- Processing time — the time needed to prepare your order for shipment.
- Estimated delivery — the expected delivery window after processing; not guaranteed.
- Estimated run-out — the estimated date your current supply may be depleted based on your current daily dosage. It is not the shipment date or a guaranteed delivery date.
