DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping on orders of $20 or more !
Place an order of at least $20and receive FREE standard shipping & handling anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
This offer excludes orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. Offer cannot be combined with any other code-based offers. $20 qualifying purchase amount is based on merchandise subtotal after all discounts are applied. Sales tax, shipping & handling, gift cards, and previous purchases do not qualify toward $20 qualifying purchase amount. Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees on international orders. International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to the United States.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All Dr. Brian orders are shipped via trustworthy carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Branvine is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
But, If customs duties are expected to occur, we will contact the customer directly to discuss before proceeding with delivery.

Branvine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
